Titan Motorcycle Co circa 2010 has a new approach to evaluating and supporting potential dealers. The brand now makes it of the upmost importance to properly set up a dealer, making it mandatory that dealers keep appropriate promotional signage and a minimal level of clothing and motorcycles, on site always ensuring their is the proper atmosphere present to entice buying. More then with the start up, the company is now taking the position of asking its dealers “where do you want to be 5 years from now & how can we as a manufacturer help you obtain those goals.”

The company has introduced some new programs primarily reviewing applications from non pre-existing dealers looking to start out, reviewing applications with people wishing to make this concept work in conjunction with their automotive dealership or garage, and reviewing applications for people who think this concept could work together with a relevant franchise program. The brand has also introduced regional development agreements and several other innovative business development programs.

The brands new focus also includes a large focus on large & medium sized distribution agreements in other countries. The team has decided to review applications for other countries given by applicants who the team thinks will properly represent the brand in that region.

Titan Motorcycle Co has worked towards many new programs and achieved great success based on the new business structure implemented. In addition to that, the company is very proud to announce its affiliate company financing program for dealers. Titan Credit Incorporated (operated from Toronto) allows the manufacturer to now offer flooring programs at industry standard rates, with a one third or less security for flooring lines to its dealers. This new service is only available to medium to large scale dealers (who stock 4 or more units at anytime), but allows the manufacturer to further support its dealers in ways most motorcycle companies cannot.
